Main Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for providing support and ensure that all assigned tasks are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, email or chat to answer their questions and complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and address the callers’ problems in a timely manner
• Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
• Perform tasks following the company’s line of conduct and behave in a polite and courteous manner with callers
• Regularly follow up on customers' files and call them back in the event of emergencies
• Follow step by step procedures in handling incoming and outgoing calls with the ability to resolve and close issues
• Collect customer information and enter related information in various company software products
• Escalate issues or unresolved queries to the supervisor and communicate the same with the concerned parties
• Follow up and stay up to date with current local and international news from different newspapers and websites
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor or Diploma Degree in any field
Training : Any related training will be a strong plus
Minimum Experience : 0 - years experience

1. Communication Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English Languages
2. Personal Skills:
• Ability to multi-task
• Has positive attitude
• Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others
• Customer service oriented
• Problem analysis and solving skills
• Has a high stress tolerance level
3. Technical Skills:
• Sound knowledge of basic computer tools (e.g. Office suite, Internet, e-mail)
