Duties and Responsibilities
a.) Sending of materials form & Tally Sheet after double-checking the heat numbers versus the attachments.
b.) Updating materials form through online monitoring.
c.) Receiving Delivery Orders from main office for preparation of materials.
d.) Making the good received notes and forwarding it to Purchase Department.
e.) Preparing the monthly Petty Cash and Credit Report.
f.) Submitting original delivery order to Accounts Department through transmittal and the soft copy through email for reference.
g.) Forward necessary documents to the head office.
h.) Making the cleaning schedule of the labourers every 15th of the month.
i.) Providing assistance to the Logistics Manager.
