1. Communicating and identifying the needs of the assigned clients both individual and corporate.
2. Briefing the assigned clients/customers about different insurance classes as per the need and requirement.
3. Answering client questions, assessing product or service problems, and resolving issues in a variety of ways using best judgment to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Ensuring that assigned clients are satisfied with the company and products/services.
5. Identifying sales opportunities for current and potential clients, and sell and cross sell different insurance products.
6. Continuing to maintain the assigned clients, by providing the best possible service.
Skills
Qualifications Required:
1. Should have at least high school or equivalent basic education.
2. Should have the basic knowledge of MS office and other computer skills.
3. Should be fluent in English.
4. Should have sufficient fluency in Arabic
5. Telesales/customer relationship experience is preferable.
