VAM Systems is currently looking for CRM developer for our Bahrain operations with the following terms and conditions:
Skill set required:
3 years’ Dynamic CRM development, Customization and Extending
Highly organized, able to manage own time and that of others’ effectively.
Significant experience in managing MS Dynamics CRM system.
Experience in managing integrations between CRM systems and other systems such as Dynamic GP.
Experience in analyzing business processes.
Experience in designing and delivering training.
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with experience of writing a range of documents for different audiences, including technical specifications, policies and board reports .
Developed negotiation skills, especially in relation to contract delivery.
Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures.
Design / Generate creative solutions; Use feedback to modify designs; Apply design principles; Demonstrate attention to detail.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Gather and analyze information skilfully; Develop alternative solutions; Work well in group problem solving situations.

Extending Microsoft Dynamic CRM Certification
Technical
Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations
Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities
Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities
Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
Experience working on an agile development methodologies.
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5/2.0, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript
C#, ASP.NET 3.5/4.0, MSCRM 2011/2015,SQL SERVER 2005/2008 R2, SSIS 2008 R2, SSRS

Managing and Deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM application
Develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution following Microsoft Sure Step Methodology
Using CRM reporting tools to automate reports and dashboards
Managing\\Developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customizations
Extend Dynamic CRM functionality with plugins, java scripts, Web resources and third parties CRM Solutions
Integration Microsoft Dynamics CRM with the other organization systems
if neededManaging and Different Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments (Test-Development-Training)
Managing Different external entities integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Understanding\\Applying\\Managing the different security modules in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience in Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5/2.0, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript.
Managing and Developing with SQL Services (SSIS)
Developing Custom Reports with SSRS
Extending the report functionality with BI solutions
Be up to date with the latest Methods\\Technologies\\Versions of the back-end systems in the organization Act as a subject matter expert to the organization on data, analytics reporting and analysis
Make recommendations and decisions to ensure scalability and long-term viability of solutions.
Undertake various activities for applications development by analysing user requirements, assessing and evaluating in-house development solutions on the CRM, selecting readymade packages if required, designing in-house applications if required, and implementing the applications and solutions.
