Fish Buyer with Driver License

We are a leading seafood distributor in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and we are currently looking for an experienced Fish Buyer with a valid driver license to join our team. As a Fish Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality fish from local and international suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting research to identify the best sources of fish suppliers for our company.
• Negotiating prices and terms of purchase with suppliers to ensure that we get the best deals.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers and staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and product developments.
• Inspecting and evaluating fish products to ensure that they meet our quality standards.
• Managing inventory levels and coordinating with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and promotions to help increase sales and grow our customer base.
• Operating company vehicles to transport purchased fish products to our warehouse or other locations.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in the fish purchasing industry.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
