2. Job Summary

Responsible for buying and selling property for real estate businesses. A professional who is tasked with growing the customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. In-charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers.

3. Responsibilities
• Prepare required paperwork such as closing statements, deeds, contracts, purchase agreements, and leases
• Maintains a good relationship with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors and escrow companies
• Consolidate lists of real estate properties with information regarding location, square footage, and features
• Promote and endorse the sale of properties through online open houses and engage in multiple listing services and advertisements
• Establish a network of mortgage lenders, contractors, and legal attorneys to whom they can refer clients
• Assess clients’ financial abilities and research properties within their buying power

4. Qualifications

• An associate degree and a valid real estate license for the area in which you plan to work
• Communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with at least one real estate market

• This job title refers exclusively to real estate agents who only work online, not just agents who just have an online presence or post listings on the internet

6. Working Conditions
