1. Job Title: Personal Shopper

2. Job Description:

You will be involved and responsible for masterfully and efficiently picking orders for your customers, and over time, building relationships with them so you can understand their needs and requirements. This position will allow an individual to be directly involved in the company’s fastest-growing sales channel and you will get hands-on experience in the field of ecommerce, logistics, information technology, customer service, and grocery retail.

3. Responsibilities:
• Pick & choose clients’ orders based on operational guidelines and best practices
• Interact and socialize with customers in a genuine, entertaining, and interactive yet professional manner
• Work efficiently and purposefully when picking, staging, and carrying out orders
• Properly greet and review order with clients
• Effectively and safely handle, bagging and loading orders
• Record any variances on the guest pick list
• Perform basic maintenance on hardware and software
• Communicate any service issues with support resources and store management
• Conduct in-store promotion of program
• Assist and conduct marketing within the community

4. Qualifications
• 2-3 years of work experience, specifically sales and client development
• Must be sociable, energetic, genuine and has an outgoing personality
• Strong people skills and capable of communicating professionally, directly, both oral and written
• Ability to work well with others, especially those with unique personalities and viewpoints
• Fast in reading and understanding information and taking directions

5. Physical Requirements
• Capable of lifting 25lbs consistently and 50lbs occasionally
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods

6. Working conditions
• You will be responsible for utilizing the latest technology to engage with customers through an app, shopping their orders, and staging them for picl-up
• Fast-paced environment
