FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst

Nair Systems is currently looking for FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst for our Qatar operations
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant banking experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
- Experience in Financial Institutions, GTB, Lending, Global Markets, Business Analysis, or Transformation roles.
- Exposure to onboarding, cross-sell, operating model, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-product banking environments is advantageous.
Required Special Skills:
- Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Good understanding of Financial Institutions products and services.
- Knowledge of GTB, Lending, Cash Management, and Global Markets solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
- Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
